Refund and Cancellation

At Gagmat, we strive to provide the best possible service to all our customers. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or cancellation is necessary. Below is our comprehensive policy regarding refunds and cancellations for subscriptions to our e-commerce building platform.

Subscription Plans

Gagmat offers two types of subscription plans:

• Monthly Subscription Plan
• Annual Subscription Plan

Refund Policy

Monthly Subscription Plans

• Refunds are not provided for monthly subscription plans. Once a monthly subscription is purchased, it is non-refundable, and no prorated refunds are offered for partial months of service.

Annual Subscription Plans

• Refunds are available for annual subscription plans under the following conditions:
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the subscription purchase date.
• The refund amount will be prorated based on the time elapsed since the subscription purchase.
• Refunds will not be issued after the 30-day refund window has passed.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscription Plans

• Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
• Upon cancellation, access to Gagmat services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

Annual Subscription Plans

• Annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
• If canceled within the 30-day refund window, a prorated refund will be provided as per the refund policy.
• If canceled after the 30-day refund window, access to Gagmat services will remain active until the end of the subscription term, but no refunds will be issued.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Subscription

To request a refund or cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Gagmat account.
2. Navigate to the Billing & Subscriptions section.
3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel or request a refund for.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.

Alternatively, you may contact our customer support team at support@gagmat.com with your subscription details and reason for cancellation or refund.

Additional Notes

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Gagmat reserves the right to refuse a refund if it determines that the refund request violates our terms of service or is fraudulent.
