Lifetime Access Plan

Gagmat offers a one-time Lifetime Access Plan that provides access to the ecommerce platform and included features as mentioned on the pricing page.

Billing Policy

Lifetime Access Plan (₹2999)

  • Gagmat provides a 7-day trial period after store creation.
  • During the trial period, customers can explore the platform and its features.
  • An invoice for the selected plan or services will be generated during the trial period.
  • Customers must complete the payment to continue using the service after the trial period ends.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.
  • Any third-party service charges, domain registration fees, or custom development charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Lifetime Access Plan

  • Customers may choose to discontinue the service during the 7-day trial period.
  • Once payment has been completed, the amount paid is non-refundable.
  • Access to purchased services may be terminated upon account closure or violation of Gagmat's Terms of Service.
  • Since the Lifetime Access Plan is a one-time purchase, there are no recurring subscription charges.

Enterprise Solutions

For custom Enterprise Solutions, including custom development, integrations, theme design, and advanced features:

  • Billing and payment terms will be governed by the terms agreed upon in the project proposal or service agreement.
  • Once development work has commenced, charges may apply for completed milestones or delivered work.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Gagmat support team.

Additional Information

  • Lifetime Access is provided as a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription fees.
  • Certain third-party services, integrations, domains, or custom development services may incur separate charges.
  • Users must comply with Gagmat's Terms of Service while using the platform.
  • Gagmat reserves the right to update its policies, features, and service offerings when necessary.
