Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Gagmat, we strive to provide the best possible service to all our customers. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or cancellation is necessary. Below is our comprehensive policy regarding refunds and cancellations for subscriptions to our e-commerce building platform.
Subscription Plans
Gagmat offers two types of subscription plans:
- Monthly Subscription Plan
- Annual Subscription Plan
Refund Policy
Monthly Subscription Plans
- Refunds are not provided for monthly subscription plans. Once a monthly subscription is purchased, it is non-refundable, and no prorated refunds are offered for partial months of service.
Annual Subscription Plans
- Refunds are available for annual subscription plans under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the subscription purchase date.
- The refund amount will be prorated based on the time elapsed since the subscription purchase.
- Refunds will not be issued after the 30-day refund window has passed.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly Subscription Plans
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
- Upon cancellation, access to Gagmat services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
Annual Subscription Plans
- Annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
- If canceled within the 30-day refund window, a prorated refund will be provided as per the refund policy.
- If canceled after the 30-day refund window, access to Gagmat services will remain active until the end of the subscription term, but no refunds will be issued.
How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Subscription
To request a refund or cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Gagmat account.
- Navigate to the Billing & Subscriptions section.
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel or request a refund for.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.
Alternatively, you may contact our customer support team at support@gagmat.com with your subscription details and reason for cancellation or refund.
Additional Notes
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Gagmat reserves the right to refuse a refund if it determines that the refund request violates our terms of service or is fraudulent.
